Fashion Designer, Patternmaker, and Apparel Development Professional with extensive experience in garment construction, pattern development, and apparel manufacturing. As Founder and Creative Director of Atelier Leo Roman SRL, I combine creativity, technical expertise, and craftsmanship to develop fashion concepts and uniform programs that balance design, functionality, and identity.

My journey in the fashion industry began at the age of 16 during school holidays, when I worked as an assistant cutter in a local sewing workshop. That first experience introduced me to the world of garment construction and sparked a passion that later led me to pursue formal studies in patternmaking and apparel development.

Over the years, I have worked across different areas of the fashion and garment industry, building experience in pattern development, technical design, apparel production, and manufacturing processes. Through this journey, I have developed a strong understanding of both the creative and technical sides of fashion, allowing me to transform ideas into functional and well-crafted products.

Today, through Atelier Leo Roman, I focus on developing contemporary menswear, apparel solutions, and hospitality uniform programs inspired by craftsmanship, modern aesthetics, and Caribbean influence.
